Open your downtime log from Excel and see which machines and reasons cost the most hours, how this week compares with last week, what looks unusual, and a cartoon map of your floor you can replay. It’s free, and your file is read on your computer, never uploaded.
How your data stays yours
Your file never leaves this computer. It is read in this browser tab and Sapnora’s servers never receive it.
This page’s code is not allowed to upload anything, not even to our own server: its security settings tell your browser to block it. Anything you share, like a job post or a picture, you send yourself.
Read-only. Nothing here can talk to a machine or change one.
Values only. Macros are never opened or run, formulas are not worked out and links to other files are not followed. The file reader is our own code, with no outside library.
No passwords or keys. Floor View never asks for one, and you should never put one in a file you open here.
Nothing is kept. Close the file or the tab and it is gone. A floor layout is saved only as a file on your computer, if you choose to save it.
You can check this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, choose the Network tab, then open a file here. Nothing is sent.

An Excel file (.xlsx) or a CSV with one row per stop: the machine, when it stopped, when it started again (or how long), and the reason. Column names don’t have to match ours.
