Sapnora Tools / GummySearch alternative
A free GummySearch alternative, for when it closes on Dec 1
GummySearch couldn’t get a licence for Reddit’s data, so it stopped selling on November 30, 2025. On December 1, 2026 it shuts down completely and deletes everyone’s data (their own notice). If you kept keywords there, paste them below and get fresh searches for each one. Free, no account, and nothing you type is saved.
Not made by or connected to GummySearch. Sapnora is a free site where startups find the people to build with.
Before December 1: log in to GummySearch and download your data. Even free accounts can still view and download it until then. After that it’s deleted.
Your searches appear here as you type.
What this does, and what it doesn’t
- GummySearch read Reddit for you and grouped the posts.
- This page builds searches for your keywords on X, Bluesky, Hacker News, Reddit, Indie Hackers, LinkedIn and Quora, only from the date you pick. You open them and read the posts yourself.
- What it doesn’t do: it doesn’t watch Reddit, it doesn’t send alerts, and it doesn’t sort the posts for you. For those, see below.
Free alerts you own
- F5Bot has a plan it calls free forever: it emails you when your keywords show up on Reddit, Hacker News or Lobsters. The Copy button above puts your list on your clipboard to paste in.
- hnrss.org makes a Hacker News feed for any keyword that you can follow in any RSS reader, with no sign-up. Each keyword above has its own feed link.
We don’t run either of them and aren’t connected to them.
Want someone to read them for you? Post your idea on Sapnora and we’ll run the full lead finder on it: a demand score and the real posts, each labelled, with a reply you could send. Posting is a free account. Free while we test it: one report for one idea, with up to 10 people, for the first 30 ideas posted. Paid plans aren’t open yet.
